Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides live Chinese–English captions and translation for events, AI notes and session summaries, recap pages and emails, press check-in and asset distribution. Attendees do not need an account to view captions.

2. Accounts

Organizers sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account; tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. Plans and limits

The free plan includes 3 events and 120 minutes of live captions per month. Limits, features and prices may change; we will post changes on the website in advance. Live captions pause once you reach your limit until the next month or until you upgrade.

4. Organizer responsibilities

• Make sure you have the right to record, transcribe and publish the event, including the speakers' consent.
• Let attendees know the event is being captioned and recorded.
• Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• You set embargo times and are responsible for setting them correctly.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, harassing or privacy-invading content.

5. Your content

You (or the original rights holders) own your event content, transcripts and assets. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, transcribe, translate and display that content to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

6. AI-generated output

Captions, translations, speaker labels and summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, mistranslations or wrong speaker labels. Check against the original speech before quoting, publishing or relying on them.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Network issues, third-party services or maintenance may cause interruptions. We may add, change or remove features and will announce material changes in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The Taiwan Taipei District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
